~*Your Character*~
Name: Howard Stark
Canon: Captain America
Series: Movie-verse
Appearance: Link
Personality: Not unlike his future son, Howard is a bit of a smooth-talker, winning people over easily, especially when it comes to charming the ladies, and presents himself well in the eye of the public. But he is somewhat anti-social, prone to turning to alcohol for comfort, and outside of work, which takes up the majority of his time, he doesn't often go out. However, he does appear to manage to get on well with one or two co-workers, keeping up a functional working relationship, but beyond that, for the most part, he tends to keep himself to himself and focus on what he can accomplish of his ambitions.
Powers/Abilities: Unless being a genius who can ahead of their time in the world of inventing and business alike, then Howard doesn't really have any powers.
Canon Point: Mid-movie

~*Writing Sample*~
First Person:

[ Leaving Steve to deal with the apparent woman trouble that he's found himself with, Howard takes the slip of paper with the ideas for Captain America's costume on and sits down at the musty office desk to look it over, manoeuvre the lamp head to cast light over it. But when everything suddenly falls quiet, too quiet, he scrapes back the chair and pulls open the office door, peering around it. The workspace is empty, and when he turns around to grab the paper to stuff into the pocket of his vest, he turns back to find himself stepping out of an old abandoned building and into the windy street of a town.

Howard looks up and down the street with fascination and wonder that both overpower any confusion he may have, but he does wonder what technology could be so advanced as to teleport him to another place. He doesn't doubt that it might very well be another time.

Well ain't this something, huh? I need to get my hands on the design for this piece of tech when I find out what did it.
