[Missy looks up from something dead she is sniffing and ambles back]

I guess I just think you two would like each other. He's a lot smarter than he lets on.

[ He looks over at the dog, makes a face at the dead vole. ] Ew, sweetheart, get t'hell away from that thing. She usually sniff dead thing?

[ He didn't like the guy... ] Y'should'a seen the engine he was working on the day I met him. Kind'a figured out he ain't the idiot he wanted me to think. [ He doesn't get why everyone's being so sketchy, though. ] Guess I gotta speak to him again, huh?

She's a dog. It's what they do.

[And a shrug]

Hey, listen, he just made my armor, that doesn't really mean much.

[Damn it why can't he just pass out?]

It ain't hygienic.

[ But it doesn't stop him petting her when she comes back to them. ]

Nah, never had much time for one, move where the work takes me.

We never had one but there were always dogs around back home. They kind of smell everything. They also roll in everything.
