[ It's later, so much later that it's dark out, Howard having spent too long at the lab again. But he's got Chinese, too much of it, and a bottle of red and of white, juggling it in his arms as he manages to knock on the door. ]

[Charlie's changed into a half-sleeved t-shirt and sweatpants. Please forgive the overly casual attire. It's been a rough couple of weeks. But, Howard does get a grin when she sees him, reaching carefully for the take-out boxes.] Let me help you with that, Howard. Hi. Come on in.

[ With a smile, actual concern mixed in it even for him, he happily lets her help him, and he enters the apartment closes the door, gets the rest of the stuff to the nearest surface. ] Hope you're hungry.

I could eat, yeah. [She might pick at stuff for a bit before actually giving eating a chance. She searches through cabinets and drawers, pulling out a wine-opener and a couple glasses.] Thank you for coming over.
