[ Howard is in no hurry, dragging his feet with ensuring the piece he's tinkering with is left safely, and he never pays attention to health and safety. But it's less to do with not wanting to see him and more buying time to know what to say. ]

[Tony is working on the finishing touches, his goggles on as he inspects under the shell of the rifle, readying it for Howard's inspection.

He doesn't know what he'd say either. So he's planning to stick with robot talk.]

[ He weaves around the doorway, head bobbing up and down as he tries to locate him, tapping on the door, and then he enters, because, really, he's a Stark and impatience is a thing. ]

[ He takes it eagerly once he reaches him, examines the weapon, and he seems to be doing a thorough job of it.

And then out comes a smile of satisfaction and wonder. ]

[ He handles the weapon with care, not even daring to point it at anything. He's good at making them, not so much at testing them. ]
